Johnette D. Johnson.
Meet the Founder & Poet
I was born in Peoria Illinois and raised under the Pentecostal Faith. I've always enjoyed the hand clapping, foot stomping services along with singing, song writing and Poetry. I remember asking the LORD, at a very young age, if he would make my business in life his business and his business my business, as I walk within the purpose he has designed for me, using the tools and gifts he has bestowed within me. I, like alot of us, have experienced many hardships, trials, and tribulations. We know that, (psalm 34:19) many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all. I admit, I brought alot of things upon myself, bad choices and errors, through out my life. (BUT GOD!) continues to see me through them all!
I can remember saying GOD, Can you make me an instrument In Your Band of Salvation? He has chosen me to be a Trumpet, The Trumpet calls one to attention or to be on the alert as to what's to follow. Isaiah 42:9...before it spring forth I will tell you of them. Along with this Program, the book I'm writing ( Kept In Silence - Pain So Loud) and the pleasure of being a Gospel DJ for several years at a Central Illinois Radio Station, GOD has honored my request! My business in life is his business and his business is my business! We must follow JESUS examples ( Luke 2:49) and he said unto them, How is it, that ye sought me? Wist not that I must be about my father's business? Thank you all for your time and prayerfully your support. I love you and GOD LOVES YOU so much more in JESUS NAME AMEN!!!
